Additionally, Elian Avila has been named Counsel for the Antitrust and Data Protection areas. These appointments will take effect on January 1St, 2025.

With a multidisciplinary corporate law practice, Anacandy Perusquía specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate and project financing. Her experience includes the design of complex legal structures in domestic and international transactions, advising a diverse range of clients.
An expert in administrative and regulatory law, Fernando Guerrero has worked on infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, and telecommunications, participating in public tender processes and administrative procedures before federal and local authorities.
With extensive experience in Amparo litigation and contentious-administrative proceedings, Elian Ávila advises on competition and data protection matters. She has represented clients in highly complex transactions and defended their interests before regulatory bodies such as IFETEL, COFECE, and INAI, and will continue to do so before the regulatory entities that replaced them.
